HI,
We have two of these valves (Z58140) in use on our Magnex magnets and our
recovery system. A NB and WB both at 400 MHz. They have worked
great for us. We leave them in line and have valves to divert
to capture normal boil off or let fill gas travel freely through our heat
exchangers. We had a little bit of the See Saw described below when we
first started using them, however after more than a year we do not have that
experience anymore. The fills now fills go smoothly.
I think the rate at which you fill could be cause. When we use the Bruker
transfer (smaller diameter) line we have the LHe dewar at about 2 PSI. for
the next later OD transfer line that came with our Magnex magnets we keep the
LHe dewar pressure at 1 PSI.
