Hi:

We have one Agilent 400MR instrument with autosampler (SMS50) attached to it.
The probe is AutoX.

It has x channel tuning problem recently.

When sample was analyzed using autosampler, the following curve was displayed
on ProTune window

However, if the sample was analyzed manually and tuned x channel using ProTune,
the normal tuning curve was displayed on ProTune window (same sample)

A new ProTune Sweep Range was calibrated this morning. The normal tunning
curve was obtained after calibration, but the abnormal curve came back
again this afternoon.

1H/19F channel tuning is good without any problem.

Could anyone tell me what was wrong?

Thank you very much,
