Dear NMR community,
One of my NMR colleague got his Bruker 800MHz US2 magnet helium transfer line soft or dead. Not sure which yet. Before buying a new one from Bruker (which are super expensive), he wants to make sure the one he has cannot be pumped again.
1- It seems that we need an adaptor to get the transfer line pumped again. Anyone has a picture of what the adaptor looks like? Or where to get it?
2- We checked with Cryofab and we are not sure whether their helium transfer lines are compatible with our helium port. Did anyone buy a transfer line from Cryofab (or other sources) that works with the Bruker 800MHz US2 magnet?
Thank you in advance for your inputs.
Best regards,
Genevieve
