Hello, we broke a sample tube in the probe and the insert quartz was broken>.
Does anyone know the specs and tolerance level of this quartz? I contacted Agilent and they could not find the information. Where can I custom make this quartz insert? I have ASW 4805, Varian 300NMR probe. Thanks.
