Hi All,
I need to tap into your expertise again. I need to measure Arg epsilon 15N shifts in a protein. I'm trying to
use the H2CN experiment of Mulder [JACS 129(2007)15805] from the Varian Biopack on our old Unity/Inova
system. I've tried optimizing everything I can think of, but am not getting any signal. Does anyone have any
suggestions on how to get this sequence to work.
