We use tygothane also known as Versilon c-210-1a. 7/16 id with 1/8 wall dia.
Total 11/16 dia.
It is much more low temp resistant than latex. It does not shatter or explode
or crack like latex does when it ages. We use a short 1ft piece of latex to
make connection to N2 supply dewar.
But the 7/16 of the tygothane makes a nice tight connection to both Oxford
and Bruker magnets.
We got this idea many years from someone on AMMRL. It is a much better product.

Part.No. 62995-721. I haven't used this one though. I have used the amber
variety, but its wall thickness is only 3/32" instead of 1/8" and it feels
a little too flimsy. It would be nice to hear from someone who has used
the black one...
