I've run into an issue with externally generated NUS list and certain 3D
experiments. My end goal is a NUS capable version of R. Reik Et al.
"Super-resolution Trosy HNCA and HNcoCA experiments. doi:10.1126/sciadv.adv6246
I get the same errors when trying to execute the Bruker supplied parameter set for
TRHNCAGP3D2 that these sequences are based on.
The problem is a negative delay associated with the first use of d30 in the
pulse code. d30 is a calculated delay. I've tried explicitly setting
it to a value but still run into the same error,
*Error in ipsoControl:: dpsReady (): dpsReady: tcuerror: duration is
negative.*
If I use the "automatic" Bruker generated NUS list this error goes away.
Has anyone experienced this issue? Know a work around? For the
Super resolution experiment to work I need to generate an explicit "vc" list
that is tied to the NUS list for handing the non-uniform number of averages.
