In our facility we have a Bruker spectrometer running IconNMR 24/7. To do
the billing, when a user types the information to submit a sample for
automation they also enter an account number or code and the name of their
advisor (which is used for verification). These two items are collected
with the help of Originator data fields in IconNMR's configuration. This
information, along with user name and experiment time is then reported by
IconNMR in the file Inmracct.brief. A custom made script then extracts
that information to create a report at the end of the month. This was all
working fine up to IconNMR 4.1.4 but it seems that the latest version,
4.2.0 only writes one Originator item. I have read the manual and tested
the configuration several times in different ways but it always saves only
one item. Has anyone seen this behavior? Could it possibly be a new bug
or am I doing something stupid?
Thanks for any information or hint.
