[AMMRL] Bruker IAM Services Error for Topspin5

Dear Spinners,

We have Alma 9 installed as the operating system. I'm trying to install
TopSpin 5 while logged in as root. I have followed the installation guide
found at:
https://www.bruker.com/protected/en/services/software-downloads/nmr/software/topspin500.html
No matter how many times I try to install it, I always encounter an error
during the "Installing Bruker IAM Services..." portion. "An error occurred
during installation of Bruker IAM Services". If I click quit, it quits the
installer. If I click ignore, it throws an error that the "specified file
was not found". I'm guessing the specified file is server-properties.zip.
