I assumed you also tried to increase the lift air pressure to see it helped
If not, like Brian said, take the probe out.
I did it once many years ago with RT probe but I pushed the sample down from
the top.
I wrapped a very thin wooden dowel with kime wipe, and pushed the sample down
VERY gently and slowly. I had someone catch the sample from the bottom.

In these situations, I remove the probe. Then use a flexible non-magnetic
rod from the bottom. If you have the "dipstick" for LN2, that works great
as it's just flexible enough. I put a rubber pipette bulb over the end and
snip the bulb portion off. this makes a great catcher to not let the NMR
tube slip sideways, and you can push the sample/spinnter out the top. that
way you do not have to remove the changer or BST.
