the top is a standard KF-25 fittings. the valve is behind the fitting
towards the transfer line.
I am not familiar with the other two.

Hi Ken
in general we recommend to pump it when it gets excessively cold during
transfers or when you think it takes a lot longer than usual to cool down.
This would indicate a soft vacuum.??
So more need based than time based

didn't realize that you could.
