We designed a sturdy liquid nitrogen hose connected to a U-shaped stainless
steel component, featuring an adjustable tightening mechanism at the end.
This setup is both effective and foolproof, making it a worthwhile investment
for enhancing safety with a robust system.

Hi,

even though it „can NOT cope with the temperatures“, we are using it
over 20 years and magnets and people are still alive and happy.

Cheers,

Hello!

The material can NOT cope with the temperatures - it is up to -5°C capable.

Sorry, please use an ordinary opaque latex tube in the correct size. So you
can vent of the cold nitrogen gas and liquid nitrogen.

We are using for the filling process a special hose system

Hi Beth,

we are using the reinforced PVC tube (softenned PVC both inner part as well
as the outer part) like this
https://www.gumex.cz/h/1125-hadice-na-pitnou-vodu-a-tekute-pozivatiny-01283?Filter=True

either 10/14mm diam. or 16/22 diam. (inner/outer) for different magnets.

This kind of tube works well, once upon a time it breaks, so we cut a new
piece. At a price of ~ 30 CZK/m it does not matter.

It is expensive - but it is it worth.

Yours sincerely,

Ulrich Haunz

Cheers,
