Subject: [AMMRL]: Bruker BBO diff probe with water cooler problem
Dear All
I have a Bruker BBO diff probe with water cooler. But it never worked with =
a water cooler. It worked fine with the Great 10 gradient amplifier. The
problem happened when I switched to Great 60A with a water cooler system. The
amplifier was stopped by the error " the temperature is too high", actually,
the temperature jumped quickly between 26-49C every 5 mins as I observed,
since the gradient amplifier was stopped by the temperature 50 C or above.
It was leaking water when Bruker installed it twice and then sent it back
to Bruker for the repairing three times for almost one year. I can only
use it maximum 3 days after each repairing. The problem happened at first
by the error "the temperature is too high" and later developed to the message
"output power fault". Then the gradient amplifier stopped completely even
with 1% gradient. From my understating, "output power fault" should be
the output voltage is too high.
It would be great if you could share your BBO diff probe with me.
