We have two older systems running Topspin 2.8 (CentOS 5). On both of them,
using the atmm command to tune manually results in an error "Invalid state
at begin_invocation".
The wobble curve appears as normal, but all of the control buttons to
adjust the tuning and matching are grayed out. Automatic tuning with atma
still works fine.
This behavior started on both systems at roughly the same time, which may
just be coincidence. Has anybody encountered this problem and found a
solution?
