Dear Sebastian,
Our NMR facility took delivery of three new magnets last year, and they
came with flow meters for both nitrogen and helium.
They are Vögtlin red-y compact units
(https://www.voegtlin.com/massedurchflussmesser-und-massedurchflussregler/red-y-compact-series/),
the model number of the He meter is GCM-A9EA-BN00.
They come with a factory calibration certificate and are apparently
specifically calibrated for helium. I have attached a picture of the
nameplate. Hope this helps.
