Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone here has experience with connecting old BCU-05 hosing
(with the female ball joint end) to modern probes (e.g. iProbes with the screw-on
Johnston coupling, not the male ball-joint). I've got adaptors for connecting these
probes directly to the BSVT gas output (bypass the chiller altogether), and for
connecting a modern BCU-I/II to an older ball-jointed probe (which isn't much
use for me).

Any insight would be much appreciated as to whether the appropriate adaptors
for this desired configuration exist, or if anyone has Macgyvered this without
having to upgrade to a new BCU. I've seen Bruker engineers screw the hosing
straight onto the probe without any straight insert Johnston coupler in a
previous job (but it's very inelegant and not a long term solution - it's
barely attached).
