Hello:

Recently, we often have water suppression problem in TROSY experiment.
We can get good water suppression initially (the first increment), but the water peak gradually increases as t1 evolution increases.
We tried to adjust the gradient strength during t1 evolution (to reduce radiation damping), but there is not much difference.

The problem was initially noticed after we did CryoPlatform annual service.
I do not think this is related to the CryoPlatform service, but I could not figure out what caused this problem

Any suggestion is appreciated!

Thanks,
Weixing Zhang
