Dear Colleagues:
We have an INOVA 500 running VNMR 6.1C. One of my users is having
problems with the basic noesy sequence in that every time he tries to
implement water suppression via presat a set of symmetric artefact peaks
appear in the spectrum. He can't use WET or other sequences because the
sample he is studying are paramagnetic proteins. Has anyone else
experience similar problems? Is there a newer version of noesy for the
INOVA that I should be running?
