We are planning some spectrometer purchases and upgrades soon. I am
writing to get feedback from the AMMRL community on their recent
experiences with spectrometer vendors in terms of:
your satisfaction with recently purchased spectrometers.
your opinion of vendor service and support.
Any other useful information, negotiation strategy, tips, comments, etc
would be appreciated. Two of our purchases will be for liquids
spectrometers (600 and 500) and one for a horizontal 300 MHz for in vivo
spectroscopy and imaging, so comments from people in the latter area would
also be appreciated.
