Thanks to all who offered suggestions concerning observing F19 on my
MSL-300. I think that part of the problem is the probe. While I was able to
tune it to F19 using the LED's WOBL showed that I had a ways to go. I have not
solved the offset problem, and ABAL and PBAL did not solve the quad image
problem. It is not crucial to obtain solution F19 spectra on the MSL but I
will be running some solid-state F19 spectra in the near future and since I had
the solutions probe in I thought that I would test the system out.
We routinely run F19 on our Unity+400 using our reqular probes. We are
able to tune the decoupler coils to F19. Our 5mm ID BB probe makes an
excellent F19 probe with pw90 approx 8 usec. The 10mm BB probe is fairly good,
I get bad base line roll and very long pw90's. The 5mm BB probe is pretty
decent. We have also obtained excellent Cl35 on our 10mm BB probe event
thought the probe does not 'tune' to that frequency. You never know until you
try. thanks for all your help.
