Dear NMRists,

This is a plea for help to all you lucky people who work
on proteins in solution.

Having entered this field quite recently, I have found a
dearth of handy hints and tips about processing 3D spectra,
typically HNCO, HNCA etc.... I use a Bruker AMX500 (CPU/3) to
obtain the time-domain data, and have basically extended my
experience of 2D NMR to the next dimension ( or two ).

Getting 2D extractions, transforming and phasing is not
a problem, but whether to REVERSE or not and why ?, suitable
window functions ?, when to apply LP ?

At the moment, I am staring at spectra which do not make
a lot of sense, logically or sequentially. I realize this is
a general request, but if anyone could point me in the
direction of "how to", I would be very appreciative.

Yours in anticipation, Mark Dixon
