For those who have requested preprints:
I am sorry but Spectroscopy has not yet provided me with any preprints.
Also, the draft which I submitted was changed substantially and the changes
were done by phone and fax. So - I do not have anything to send to you at
this time. When I receive preprints, I will send them.
