I am looking for a program to model the kinetics of interconversion of
conformers. We are dealing with unequal populations of two conformers, with
the distribution being temperature dependent. The program we have is based
on an old program which only runs on a mainframe. I would prefer something
which is relatively easy to run on a PC. Is such a program available?
