Fluorine chemical shifts

Another excellent compilation of fluorine chemical shifts is: Progress
in Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy" Vol. 7 by Emsley, Feeney, and
Sutcliffe. Richard Shoemaker's caution about the sign change also applies
with this book.
