Tanzhi,
We have had some problems with our BCU I and BCU II. We have contacted a local
refrigeration company to come and look at it, and they have been able to help
us with low refrigerant, leak repairs, and at least once in changing a starting
capacitor. They can't provide us the guarantees, but they have kept us running.
