Thank you. Yes, we had a small He recovery system going down the fill
port. The picture was taken a week ago. We've removed the He recovery
system. I think it was causing a lot of boil off and pressure. I
sealed it with electrical tape around the O-ring, and it has stabilized for now.
There are no more bubbles for now. But I still want to replace the old O-ring.
