Hi Beth,
Couple of years ago, we had a similar problem on tuning the X channel while
1H tuning and matching worked ok on an iprobe. So we sent this iprobe to
Bruker, there it worked well without any issues and later we found out that
a software update fixed the tuning issue. See if you have to do any
software update in the service tool section.
