[AMMRL] Sharing one of our learning on Bruker Sample Express

Dear AMMRL,

We would like to share one of our recent learnings about Bruker Sample
Express with you all.
Hope this piece of information will be helpful for your future needs.

After five years of seamless operation, our Bruker Sample Express has begun
to exhibit subtle signs of aging. During a recent inspection, we identified
a concerning issue: three of the motor placeholders within the autosampler
displayed clear signs of wear and tear, and they were found to be
completely broken when we removed them as shown in attached photos.

After some research and invaluable assistance with Peter Demou from Bruker,
we found the correct name of the part for the space holder of the motor is
General Purpose Vibration-Damping Sandwich Mounts with Stud and Insert.
However Mcmaster does not have the right size as 8*8*6 3M.

Don't be confused with the Load-Rated Threaded Bumper (https://www.mcmaster.com/93115K871/ ).
It can not work because it does not have the top female portion.

last.
