the resolution as in half width of lines is about the same as a 300 or 400
but dispersion, the separation of the signals, is of course lower. You will
experience more overlap of signals and more complex coupling patterns. When
it comes to sensitivty you can not beat physics a factor of 5 to the power o
f 3/2 is about 11 and the active region of most benchtops is smaller too. o
An overall factor of of 15 - 20 in signal reduction is not unusual.

That said you can make up for it with higher concentrations. Many compounds
up to the ca 15 C/O/N range can be characterized and even elucidated. Specially
if they have a reasonable mix of chemical shifts.
