AMMRL: tips to remove damaged cap from 3.2 mm rotor

Dear ammrl,

When I removed the cap from 3.2 mm rotor (Bruker solid state nmr), the cap
broke and a part left inside the rotor (see picture). I would like to ask
if there are any tips which can help get rid of the broken part.
