We are looking to troubleshoot a Zymark System V controller for a Sample Management System (Autosampler) for our Varian liquids NMR system. The system appears to respond randomly and yields different responses to the same command, including commonly moving at innapropriate times and breaking our NMR tubes. We could use a replacement controller or any other suggestions to fix this. We believe the problem is in the control box (Zymark System V controller) and not in VNMRj.
