Hi Dean,

The Senate has also passed the bill. Just needs the President's signature
now.

Subject: AMMRL: Helium Legislation Update

Dear AMMRL Colleagues,

The House flips the helium bill back to the Senate.

The House passed their version unanimously, 367-0. I am trying to find out
whether the federal helium reserve is exempt from a shutdown of the federal
government on October 1.

Dean
