Subject: AMMRL: Helium Legislation Update
Dear AMMRL Colleagues,
The House flips the helium bill back to the Senate.
http://naturalresources.house.gov/news/documentsingle.aspx?DocumentID=351216
The House passed their version unanimously, 367-0. I am trying to find out
whether the federal helium reserve is exempt from a shutdown of the federal
government on October 1.
Dean
