AMMRL: Bruker DRX500 Lock Phase Changed 180 Degree

Dear All,

We have a LOCK issue with our Bruker DRX500 NMR system. Started about a few months ago, our NMR system loses lock completely during an experiment or just simply idle there.

We have looked and swapped all the boards related to 2H channel in BSMS, and the problem is still there. Also recently we noticed that the lock phase is 180 degree off while we lose lock. If changing the lock phase by 180 degree, the lock comes back. But again after several hours, lock is off again, and we need to adjust lock phase by 180 degree to lock the sample.

So does anyone have a similar experience before? Any suggestions for a fix? Thanks in advance for your helpful suggestions.
