AMMRL: OMB circular A21

  Hello all,

Just curious how many of you have had to make any changes to your
accounting/business practices as a result of OMB circular A21.

My institution has recently exceeded the federal funding threshold
requiring stricter accounting.

Have you had to alter your basis for calculating user fees? How much
reporting, accounting, etc. have you had to do as a result of OMB A21?
Are you paying local taxes on the services that you provide?
