Hi everyone,
We are using TopSpin 2.1 on our Bruker Avance III.
For some studies, we have to queue a series of 15N-HSQCs for a very long period of time (~16h-20h). Once in a while the queue (in spooler) is stopped and topSpin starts a negative countdown (Acquisition information window; residual time: -thousands sec) and does not start the next queued HSQC.
Did anyone have the same problem? if yes, how did you fix it?
