AMMRL: "error in copmem" - resolved

AMMRL -

Just an update on resolving this issue during our Topspin 2.0.

I had received several suggestion from the AMMRL group - in the end it
was resolved by placing a hub between the PC and CCU to slow it down and
force the half duplex on the ethernet card. In the end a simple fix.
