Dear all,

I have a question on whether there is any easy way to assign the absolute configurations of optical isomers. We are trying to get crystals for X-ray now, but if anyone could suggest an EASY way to identify the absolute configuration after chiral HPLC separation, I would greatly appreciate it. Per AMMRL rules, the structure and partial spectrum is posted in this website. The solvent is DMSO, and the spectrum is obtained from a racemic mixture.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
