Dear AMMRL:
we have an Inova 400 showing multiple problems. We have described them all
in case in some way they are related.
First, when attempting to start a data acquisition or a mtune we receive
the following error message:
"Rcvr 1: Number of points acquired is # less than np"
where the # is equal to 248 or 524296.
Second, the lock scan does not have typical sinusoidal oscillations and
appears to not update the swept signal fast enough.
Third, occasionally the bottom left side status panel becomes yellow and
reads "inactive" for no apparent reason.
We have tried the standard things: su acqproc, verified connections between
the computer and the NMR console, done a power cycle on the console and
reboot of the computer.
Any ideas?
