Oxygen sensors designed for MRI use are made by Enmet (model ISA-40M ).

They are standard equipment in most MRI facilities. As I recall the
price is about $1500. The sensor cell has a limited lifetime, about 1
year. Replacement cells on the order of $100. They work well if
maintained. As the cell ages, they must be periodically recalibrated,
or the alarm eventually goes off at normal oxygen levels.
