Sun and Varian

We have been fortunate to obtain a Varian Unity 400 spectrometer. We have
licenses for Solaris 7 and VNMR 6.1B. I also have an old Sun IPC computer.
 Is this Sun compatible with the Unity console and listed software? If not
what is the oldest Sun capable of running the software and controlling the
console?
