To adjust to the changing funding & support for NMR facilities, I
would appreciate your inputs for a survey on NMR user charge and its
relationship to NMR budget in Educational & Research Institutes.
I did some search for such information but only can find a related
survey on NMR manager salaries (conduced by Dr. Richard Shoemaker
recently ~ back a year or so ago). If you know of any information
(survey) on the issue of user rates, please let me know as well.
I will summarize the result by the end of Oct., 2003.
