Greetings Everyone,
We have been many requests from the Chemists we suport to have higher
temperature 1H and 13C 1D experiments run in automation. They would be
exclusively run in DMSO at 350K. After the run, the probe would return to
300K before the next sample is run. I have a good chunk of the au program
done (a Bruker instrument), however, I am having trouble completing it. Has
anyone done this before? I would certainly appreciate any input anyone has.
