Further work leads me to believe that the RT-Shims have melted down
inside (at least some seem to be shorted). I got lots of advice on who
to call...I think a call to Ben Hamilton, followed by a call to Oxford
are my first two steps from here.
Thanks again to all of the responses. Just like my neighbors helping to
remove tons (literally...tons) of fallen-tree debris at home, our NMR
neighbors are always willing to rush to the aid of a colleague...this is
really cool.
