I'd concur with Jon's assessment - estimating the sidebands from your spectrum
to be roughly 0.12 ppm * 500 = 60 Hz away from the centre signal and you
sending the email from a .edu email address points to a US system suffering
from some AC ripple, either coming from within the console (more likely) or
being induced externally somehow…
