These are not spinning sidebands — they are ^13C satellites (about 125 Hz
apart). They appear with opposite phase, which is a phase-related artifact.
The spectrum was acquired with only one scan, so there was no averaging,
and the incorrect TD0 setting (set to 1) means the digital filter group delay
was not properly corrected. This introduces a frequency-dependent phase error,
so the satellites show up with opposite sign. With the correct TD0 value or
proper reprocessing (first-order phasing), the satellites would appear normal.
