[AMMRL] pneumatic control valve for TMC anti-vibration legs

Dear Colleagues,

Two pneumatic control valves on TMC anti-vibration legs for our 600 MHz magnet
have air leak. It turns out their discs inside the valves were cracked resulting
in the leak. TMC (AMETEK) does not sell the discs individually but sell the
valves for $500 each. Dose any of you know if TMC is the OEM of this valve? Is
it possible to buy the discs from somewhere or the valves from somewhere else
in lower price? Below are the photos of the valve and disc.
