Just trying to get a feel for how many facilities purchased a Quantum Design
HRS before the stopped making them a year or so ago. They are now providing
annual service plans which are required for phone or email support. Has anyone
purchased this? The plans seem exorbitantly expensive for rarely needed support.
Of course, when support is needed, it is crucial. Seems like a hostage situation.
