Hello,
We want to restart an unshielded 400MHz Oxford magnet with a flat bottom. While
the O-ring kit is still available, the vendor could not provide a replacement
getter for the magnet.
It is an Oxford magnet. Magnet No. 94152 DL N0108/09/4â

Is there a source for the getter.
Can and is it recommended to ‘activated’ the getter that is
currently inside the magnet by say heating the getter at 110C in a stream
of dry nitrogen gas?
One of the aluminum bore tubes appears to have a yellowish coating.
