AMMRL: TopSpin/4K laptop question

I've finally gotten around to installing TopSpin on my Windows 10 4K
laptop. But I am having the problem that everything is very tiny -- way too
tiny to read. On other programs (*.exe, *.jar) I can adapt them to scale
up, but I am not finding that possible with TopSpin. Is there a setting I
am missing? Is the only solution to dumb down my screen resolution every
time I want to use TopSpin?
