AMMRL: Oxford pumped magnet protectionboard error

Hi all,

I'm asking a question on behalf of my colleagues who have a
Varian/Oxford UnityInova 800 with a pumped magnet.

They are looking for information on an error that doesn't seem to be
mentioned in the manual:

The pump station monitor is showing a red box and an error on the 2
Kelvin “protectionboard”.

Does anyone have any information on what this might mean and what action
should be taken?
